It was at a roadside stall, amidst the hustle and bustle of the streets, where I discovered the true essence of chai. Enthralled by its intricacy of flavors, I returned to Colorado with a mission—to bring the authentic taste of Indian chai to my community.
Driven by passion and armed with determination, I embarked on a quest to recreate the magic of that roadside chai. Countless experiments and numerous recipes later, I finally perfected three distinct blends: Masala, Rose Cardamom, and Turmeric chai. Each cup tells a story of tradition, craftsmanship, and the rich heritage of India.
